Stilettos & Strategies was born from Nu Epps’ walk away from burnout—and into purpose. In 2014, what began as a soulful women’s conference has evolved into a thriving year-round movement where Black women gather to grow, glow, and get things done.

We get it—being powerful can feel lonely. Many ambitious Black women navigate life and leadership without a space that gets all of them. That’s why we created one.

To cultivate a strategic and supportive collective of enterprising women who gather, grow, and glow together through connection, collaboration, and coaching—culminating in an empowering annual conference that reflects a year of intention, impact, and inner work.
